Dual Key Caesar Cipher

One of the best Upwork engagements ever.


Finally, the world has a web app that lets a user encode text using the Caesar cipher and two keys. Chars in odd positions are encrypted using Key1 and those in even positions with key2. Done March 2023, but I don't know how to keep the style specific to this app from interfering with other posts.. So I put it below the others.
